Straw blankets with hydro-seeding have been installed along with some mulch on Green Hill Ave for about 20% of the site in question. Some mulch was washed away by currents of water and mud with today's storm as well as 60% of the hydroseeding next to our street. Effective control of silt is still a challenge it appears.
